Les inversions complement\u00e0ries es van produir a un ritme molt lent i les inversions b\u00e0siques (sobretot el Tren de Bandes en calent) es van col\u00b7locar en el centre d&#8217;una important pol\u00e8mica que va paralitzar la Comissi\u00f3 de Seguiment dels Acords.
